Replacement rules

1. Check purchased items immediately after delivery.
2. Contact Telegram support within the warranty period shown on the product.
3. Include the order code and the complete failing inventory line.
4. Do not change passwords, recovery data, or security settings before validation.
5. Valid claims receive a replacement from available stock. Refunds are reviewed when replacement is unavailable.
